Job Summary
Supervise nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors while managing the behavioral unit successfully. Conduct audits, assessments, and monitor compliance with care standards. Oversee medication passes and supervise CMTs during administration. Assist with staff training and orientation under DON guidance. Ensure resident safety and dignity while promoting quality care. Applicants must be a registered RN with superior nursing knowledge, demonstrating genuine empathy, patience, and the ability to adapt to high-stress situations. This role supports our mission to care for residents' needs through work ethic, integrity, and competence.
