RN Charge Nurse

Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate nursing services to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Direct assigned programs including physician order management, recertification, medication reviews, infection control, and utilization review. Manage staffing needs, conduct performance evaluations, and handle resident/family complaints while overseeing admissions, transfers, and discharges. Develop and update departmental policies, participate in agency surveys and committees, and respond to resident condition changes with emergency procedures. Assist the Director of Nursing in revamping site operations and maintaining quality care standards.
