Job Summary
Coordinate unit staffing, assign and direct nursing staff, and monitor performance evaluations during the 7pm-7am night shift. Assess daily patient care needs, distribute assignments, and evaluate care effectiveness to ensure population-appropriate outcomes. Respond to patient care complaints through established channels and provide input on hiring, training, and staff development. Requires current Alabama RN licensure, BLS certification within 30 days, and one year of cumulative job-specific experience. Required Qualifications
- Full-time Night shift -7pm-7am
- UAB St. Vincent's East- Trussville, Al.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
- ACLS and PALS
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- professional licensure/certification
- 1 year of cumulative job specific experience
