RN Charge Nurse

Coordinate perioperative care and lead an OR nursing team by supervising patient flow, assigning staff, and ensuring adherence to evidence-based surgical and infection-prevention standards. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and support teams to optimize outcomes and patient safety while mentoring OR nurses, managing supplies and equipment, and supporting rapid response to emergencies. Document care accurately and promote a culture of integrity, compassion, accountability, and continuous quality improvement.
