Job Summary
Assigns, directs, educates, and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned night shifts. Develops and distributes patient care assignments while assessing daily needs to ensure population-appropriate care. Collaborates with advanced practice providers to evaluate care effectiveness and manage patient care complaints through established channels. Contributes to performance evaluations and provides input for hiring, training, and staff development. Maintains a constant state of alertness and safe manner while performing other duties as assigned. Requires one year of RN experience and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- One year of registered nurse experience
