RN Charge Nurse - LTC Baltimore MD

Provide direct patient care while leading and supporting nursing staff in a long-term care setting. Coordinate daily clinical operations, conduct patient rounds, chart reviews, and compliance monitoring. Monitor resident conditions, identify changes, and respond appropriately to clinical concerns. Assist with staffing coordination and patient flow. Serve as a clinical resource and role model for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Support staff education, orientation, competency validation, and professional development. Participate in employee coaching and performance management. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Lead and respond to emergency situations while maintaining unit operations. Promote resident safety, quality care, resident satisfaction, and teamwork.
