RN Charge Nurse Leader - Operating Room

Assess, coordinate, and evaluate the delivery of safe, patient-centered care during assigned 12-hour night shifts. Facilitate, precept, and mentor staff to advance their professional skills while continuously assessing unit needs to manage admissions, transfers, and discharges. Collaborate with departmental and clinical teams to ensure adequate resources and hold members accountable for safe, competency-based practice and quality improvement. Requires current Ohio RN licensure, ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC certifications, and at least three years of operating room experience. Reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager at Kettering Health Main Campus.
