RN Charge Nurse Leader - Med Surg 2N

Assess, coordinate, and evaluate the delivery of safe, patient-centered care during assigned shifts. Facilitate, precept, and mentor staff to advance their professional knowledge and skills. Continuously assess unit needs to ensure adequate resources by collaborating with departmental, clinical, and nonclinical teams to coordinate timely admissions, transfers, and discharges. Demonstrate professionalism, meet regulatory and policy requirements, and hold team members accountable for safe, competency-based practice and continual improvement. Requires Bachelor's degree, current Ohio RN licensure, and one year of clinical experience. Work days or nights with weekend commitment; CPR, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC certifications required. Reports to Clinical Nurse Manager.
