RN Charge Nurse Leader - Emergency Room

Assess, coordinate, and evaluate safe, effective patient-centered care delivery during assigned shifts. Facilitate, precept, and mentor staff to advance professional knowledge and skills. Continuously assess unit needs to ensure adequate resources by collaborating with department, clinical, and nonclinical teams to coordinate timely admissions, transfers, and discharges. Demonstrate professionalism, meet regulatory and policy requirements, and hold team members accountable for safe, competency-based practice and quality care. Requires Bachelor's degree, current Ohio RN licensure, and one year of clinical experience. Full-time nights with weekend commitment; CPR, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC certifications required.
