Job Summary
RN Charge Nurse to lead care teams in a skilled nursing community, guiding care with compassion, integrity, and purpose. You will supervise staff, coordinate resident care, build trusting relationships with residents, patients, and families, and deliver clinically excellent care across mind, body, and spirit. Shift is 6P-6A with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. Strong leadership, teamwork, and a heart for ministry through nursing are valued in Touchstone's intent to honor God and make lives better.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Texas RN nursing license
