Job Summary
HCA Florida Blake Hospital seeks a qualified RN Charge Nurse CNC ER to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and manage the clinical functions of the emergency room during shifts. Ideal candidates should have nursing experience and meet certification requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure
- 1 year applicable experience required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Active FL RN license required within 60 days of hire for compact license holders
