Job Summary
RN-Charge Nurse, Behavioral Health leads unit staffing and coordinates clinical objectives to ensure quality patient care. Responsibilities include directing, educating, and monitoring nursing and support staff, contributing to performance evaluations, assessing daily patient care needs, developing and distributing patient care assignments, and collaborating with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes. Evaluates effectiveness of patient care, addresses issues affecting outcomes, and may provide input for hiring, training, and staff development. Requires RN licensure across multi-state locations and one year of RN experience. Located at OK-SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital, Oklahoma City; Evening shift; 36 hours weekly; comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- One year registered nurse experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in IL, MO, OK, or WI or a Compact State
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
