Job Summary
Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff during assigned shifts while assessing daily patient care needs and distributing assignments. Collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes, evaluate care effectiveness, and manage patient care complaints through established channels. Contribute to or perform performance evaluations of staff and provide input for hiring, training, and development. Maintain a constant state of alertness and safe manner throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- One year of registered nurse experience
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
- Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Oklahoma Board of Nursing (OBN)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services
