Job Summary
Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions. Collaborate with physicians and colleagues to implement, evaluate, and manage the continuum of care from preventive services through follow-up. Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise while empathetically supporting patients during diagnosis, treatment, and health maintenance stages. Work closely with nursing leaders to advance organizational goals and maintain required departmental competencies and certifications. Full-time position at Chamberlain Medical Center in Chamberlain, SD, offering a sign-on bonus and shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
