Job Summary
Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions while collaborating with physicians to implement and evaluate treatment plans. Empathetically care for patients across the continuum of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
