Job Summary
Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions while collaborating with physicians to implement and evaluate treatment. Empathetically support patients through preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise and adapt to a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication and time management. Work closely with nursing leaders to advance organizational goals. This critical access hospital offers varied shifts, generous differentials, and an enhanced sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
