Job Summary
Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions. Collaborate with colleagues and physicians to implement and evaluate care plans. Provide empathetic support during preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise to advance organizational goals. Work in a critical access hospital with varied 8-hour shifts, earning between $35.50 and $48.00 hourly. Eligible applicants may receive an enhanced sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program", "Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred", "Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state", "Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications", "Must be able to lift 50 lbs
