Job Summary
Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions while collaborating with physicians to implement and evaluate treatment plans. Empathetically care for patients across the continuum of care, including preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise and adapt to the fast-paced environment of this critical access hospital. Work closely with nursing leaders to advance organizational goals, whether you are newly graduated or have years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
