RN - Central Resource Team - Nights

Provide professional nursing care according to the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Assess patients' conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and record observations. Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff and function as a team member to fulfill unit goals. Requires 1+ years' of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting, a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing (with specific graduation timelines), current Illinois licensure, CPR certification, and ACLS within one year. Night shift rotation from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am including weekends and holidays. Hourly pay ranges from $36.00 to $55.80, with a new minimum of $37.25 effective October.
