RN - Central Resource Team - Nights

Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and record pertinent observations. Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff and function as a team member to fulfill unit goals. Requires 1+ years of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting, a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing, current Illinois licensure, CPR certification, and ACLS within one year. Full-time 36-hour week on night shift (7:00 pm-7:30 am) with rotating weekends and holidays.
