RN - Central Resource Team - Days

Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and record observations. Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff and function as a team member to fulfill unit goals. Requires 1+ years of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting and current Illinois licensure. Includes 36-hour days shift (7:00am-7:30pm) with rotating weekends and holidays.
