RN - Center for Performance Medicine, PRN

Conduct patient care utilizing the nursing process within the Center for Performance Medicine Outpatient Surgery Center, which features 10 operating rooms, 2 minor procedure rooms, and a cystoscopy suite. Coordinate care across specialties including orthopedics, urology, plastic surgery, neurosurgery, and general surgery, while managing pre- and post-operative areas, PACU, and a 23-hour observation unit. Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients, evaluate care effectiveness, and ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Requires one year of RN Operating Room experience, a current RN license, and BLS certification, with no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.
