Job Summary
RN with a Nursing Degree and active RN license sought for Full-time Night shift at Mercy Center for Performance Medicine (St. Louis). responsibilities include applying nursing process to patient care, coordinating care with departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and contributing to a no-weekend, no-holiday schedule in an outpatient surgical setting. Benefits include day-one health/dental/vision, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and employer-matched retirement. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 for experienced RNs. Surgery center features multiple ORs, PACU, and various specialties (orthopedics, urology, plastics, neuro, general surgery).
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Current RN license in our state
- Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association)
- 1 year RN experience; preference for critical care and/or PACU experience
