RN Cath Lab

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care during diagnostic and interventional procedures while functioning confidently in a high-risk environment. Work independently with limited supervision, collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to advance best practices through education, quality initiatives, and mentorship. Operate sophisticated radiographic equipment including x-ray tables and ultrasound machines safely, and handle emergency situations with a calm professional demeanor. Rotate through scrub, circulator, or monitor technician roles while adhering to infection control practices and participating in on-call responsibilities requiring a response within 30 minutes.
