Job Summary
Conduct advanced EKG interpretation, monitor blood pressure and oxygen levels, and operate digital X-Ray, hemodynamic, and intravascular ultrasound equipment during cardiac procedures. Assist physicians with pacemaker implantations and diagnostic catheterizations while maneuvering X-Ray equipment for rotated or skewed positions. Manage inventory, supply procurement, billing, and coding tasks. Requires one year of cardiac cath lab experience and current ACLS/BCLS certification. This part-time, days schedule role at Decatur Morgan Hospital supports the mission of delivering comprehensive cardiac care.
Required Qualifications
- One year Cardiac Cath Lab or Neurovascular/ Peripheral Vascular Angiography Lab
- 2 Years Accredited School of Radiologic Technology
- Current State and National Registry ACLS/BCLS
- Basic Computer
- Hemodynamic Monitoring
- Basic EKG Interpretation
- Operation and Manipulation of X-Ray Equipment
- Intravascular Ultrasound/Doppler Pressure wire
