Job Summary
RN – Cath Lab position delivering nursing care through the nursing process with autonomous judgment. Responsibilities include modifying care plans based on data, applying evidence-based practice, delegating within scope, coordinating with interprofessional teams, providing patient and family education, and promoting safe, high-quality care. Requires current RN license (or multi-state license via eNLC) and BLS certification within 30 days of hire; minimum 1 year nursing experience. Demonstrates strong communication, critical thinking, ethical practice, and adaptability in a high-stress cardiovascular lab environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date
- One (1) year of nursing experience
