Job Summary
Provide nursing care to patients in all settings while collaborating with healthcare providers and acting as a patient advocate for safe care delivery. Maintain accountability for professional development within the scope of care defined by law and participate in performance and practice improvement activities. Utilize organizational resources to ensure delivery of nursing care aligns with the Kettering Health Network's mission, vision, values, and philosophies. Licensed in Ohio with BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certification required; previous IR/Cath Lab or critical care experience preferred. On-call rotation required. Must live within 30 minutes of Kettering Health Hamilton.
Required Qualifications
- Must live within 30 minutes of Kettering Health Hamilton
- On-Call is required
- Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN, ACEN, or CCNE) if they are a new graduate nurse
- Bachelor of Science in nursing preferred (must be completed within 5 years of hire)
- BLS certification
- ACLS, NRP, PALS as determined by unit scope of practice
Desired Qualifications
- Previous IR and/or Cath Lab experience preferred but not required
- Critical Care Experience preferred
