RN, Cath Lab Holding, M-F, 12-Hr Days, No Call - 10K Incentive

Prepare and recover patients in the Cath Lab while providing direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Use critical thinking to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, then develop individual plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Evaluate patient responses and modify care plans throughout the stay while promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Work 12-hour days Monday through Friday with no weekends, holidays, or call.
