Job Summary
Provide direct, resident-focused care for elder Franciscan sisters in a convent home in Lodi, NJ, managing multiple priorities and overseeing Nurse Aides. Distribute medication, maintain narcotic and resident records, perform charting duties, and assist with personal care activities. Ensure sisters receive the highest quality of care and support while contributing to the religious life of the sisters through meaningful interactions. Work night shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am as part of a committed health services team partnering with Franciscan sisters.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where the convent home is located
- Current license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred
- Long-term care experience preferred
