Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse in Hospice will perform nursing process, provide patient-centered care, coordinate care through interdisciplinary rounds and documentation, and contribute to performance improvement. Responsibilities include delivering relationship-based care, coordinating with patients and families, teaching and communicating goals of care, supporting evidence-based practice, precepting other staff or students, and participating in data collection and research utilization to improve patient outcomes. Requires BSN and RN license; BLS certification and strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
- RN license (Georgia or Multi-state Compact)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English; proficient technology use and basic computer skills
- Experience with evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement
