Job Summary
Conduct clinical care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams through rounds and case reviews. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that adapts to population characteristics and cultural diversity, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to evidence-based practice standards. Mentor preceptors and staff, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and collaborate on protocol development to optimize resource use and reduce adverse events. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing
- Bachelor's Degree Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN)
- Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
- Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor
- Minimum 10 years of current direct patient care experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English language
- Optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and holds basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills along with customer service skills
- Ability to function in a fast paced environment and respond to emergencies in using a decisive, composed and respectful manner
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Possess strong critical thinking skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing Preferred
