RN Case Manager, Workers Compensation

Coordinate medical care for workers' compensation injured team members from initial injury through return to work or case closure. Perform in-person, telephonic, and video assessments to monitor progress, collaborate with physicians and providers to develop treatment plans, and develop individualized return-to-work protocols. Communicate regularly with carriers, third-party administrators, and legal teams to manage claims and facilitate resolution while maintaining accurate documentation in the case management system. Escalate compliance issues as needed and participate in communicable disease clearances for non-occupational illnesses. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Requires travel to Skokie location.
