RN Case Manager, Workers Compensation

Coordinate medical care for team members with work-related injuries from initial injury through return to work or case closure. Perform in-person, telephonic, and video assessments to monitor progress and identify barriers. Communicate regularly with carriers, third-party administrators, and legal teams to manage claims. Develop individualized return-to-work plans in coordination with Employee Health and leadership. Maintain accurate case activity records within the Team Member Health System. This role serves as a liaison among injured team members, providers, and legal representatives to facilitate safe returns from medical absence. Full-time position (40 hours) Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with travel to Skokie required.
