Job Summary
RN Case Manager – Utilization Review per diem role in Nevada. Responsible for discharge planning and utilization management to optimize patient outcomes and reimbursement; collaborates with patients, families and healthcare team to ensure safe, individualized discharge and timely care coordination within an integrated health system. Requires nursing license in Nevada and 3+ years clinical experience, including UR/UM or CM; proficient in data management and Microsoft Office; hospital setting knowledge and post-discharge resources.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum three years experience in varied clinical settings.
- Two years experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management or Case Management preferred.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada.
