Job Summary
RN Case Manager responsible for discharge planning and timely utilization management to ensure optimal patient outcomes and maximize reimbursement. Requires a current RN license in the state referenced (Nevada per posting). Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with 2 years in Utilization Review/Utilization Management or Case Management preferred. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and data management. Strong knowledge of social and physical factors affecting discharge planning and community resources. Location: Winchester, VA; full-time role.
