Job Summary
Respond to clinical referral information with care, assessing client eligibility and suitability for specialized hospice services. Partner with the Clinical Director to guide care planning, ensuring patients receive comfort and quality of life while educating families on personalized goals. Deliver hands-on nursing care rooted in proven techniques, sharing responsibility for call duties to support patients and families through their end-of-life journey. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, based in Dayton. Required Qualifications
- Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting
- Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR
- Possess and maintains current CPR certification if required by state
- Current driver's license
- Vehicle insurance
- Access to dependable transportation
