Job Summary
Conduct in-home nursing visits for former Nuclear Weapons Workers, performing physical assessments, ensuring home safety, and managing medication planners. Coordinate weekly care conferences, oversee skilled and non-skilled caregivers, and serve as a local clinical resource to meet client needs. Collaborate with regional directors and staffing coordinators to identify service issues, validate personnel competencies, and ensure adherence to agency policies. Document clinical data, review shift reports, and participate in performance improvement initiatives including quarterly medical record reviews. Available for on-site support and additional duties as requested by the regional director.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state approved school of professional registered nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience including one (1) year in home care or closely related field
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- One (1) year of supervisory and/or case management experience preferred
