Job Summary
Conduct weekly in-home nursing visits for former Nuclear Weapons Workers, performing physical assessments, ensuring home safety, and managing medication planners. Coordinate care conferences, evaluate clinical documentation, and supervise caregivers while collaborating with regional directors to improve services. Review shift reports, track equipment, and participate in performance improvement initiatives including quarterly medical record reviews. Maintain on-site clinical resource availability during operating hours and assist with staffing decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state approved school of professional registered nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience including one (1) year in home care or closely related field
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- One (1) year of supervisory and/or case management experience preferred
