RN Case Manager - Paid Drive Time

RN Case Manager conducts in-home nursing visits for former Nuclear Weapons Workers with chronic/terminal illness, performing vitals, home safety assessments, medication planning, and supervising skilled and non-skilled caregivers. Provides direct care and case management, plans, implements, and evaluates care, participates in client care conferences, serves as a local clinical resource, assists staffing coordination, adheres to delegation guidelines, and contributes to performance improvement initiatives. Visits are weekly and typically 1–2 hours; the role offers flexible scheduling and includes benefits for full-time staff. Compensation is $47/hour, including drive time pay, with benefits such as PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, FSA/HSA, and paid time off.
