Job Summary
Conduct weekly in-home nursing visits for former nuclear weapons workers with chronic or terminal illnesses, performing physical assessments, ensuring home safety, and managing medication plans. Coordinate skilled and non-skilled caregivers, plan and evaluate care, and serve as a local clinical resource to meet client needs. Collaborate with regional directors and staffing coordinators on service improvements, personnel selection, and competency validation. Document clinical data, review shift reports, and perform supervisory visits to ensure policy adherence and performance improvement. Work flexible hours with a $47/hour rate including paid drive time, offering full-time benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state approved school of professional registered nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience including one (1) year in home care or closely related field
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- One (1) year of supervisory and/or case management experience preferred
