RN Case Manager - Paid Drive Time

Conduct weekly in-home nursing visits for clients with chronic or terminal illnesses resulting from nuclear weapons worker exposure. Perform physical assessments including vitals, ensure home safety with medical equipment, and oversee skilled and non-skilled caregivers. Plan, implement, and evaluate care while coordinating client care conferences and serving as a local on-site clinical resource. Assist staffing coordinators with personnel scheduling, review shift reports for policy adherence, and document supervisory visits. Collect and submit data on infections, occurrences, and performance improvement activities. Participate in interviewing clinical personnel, conducting training, and evaluating clinical documentation. Available full-time at $47/hr with paid drive time, PTO, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
