Job Summary
RN Case Manager conducting in-home nursing visits for former Nuclear Weapons Workers with chronic/terminal illness. Responsibilities include providing direct care and case management, planning, implementing, and evaluating care; coordinating with the regional director and staff; supervising clinical personnel; maintaining client care conferences; ensuring home safety and adherence to agency policies; managing staffing considerations and performance improvement activities; conducting weekly visits (typically 1-2 hours) with vitals, medication planning, and caregiver oversight; flexibly scheduling to support client needs and personal commitments. Requires state RN license and nursing degree with CPR certification; BSN preferred. Salary is $47/hour with benefits for full-time staff; location Prosser, WA, USA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state approved school of professional registered nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience including one (1) year in home care or closely related field
