Job Summary
Field-based RN Case Manager servicing Stockton and surrounding areas. Travel to in-person appointments/visits with injured workers to coordinate care, facilitate timely medical management, and support return-to-work outcomes. Autonomous management of assigned caseload in accordance with CMSA and ISYS guidelines, proactive communication with all parties, and thorough documentation. Required Qualifications
- RN license in good standing
- Field-based case management experience preferred within workers' compensation or CMSA/ISYS guidelines familiarity
- Ability to travel frequently to in-person appointments (local and potentially overnight or air travel)
- Strong documentation and communication skills with insurance carriers, providers, employers, and attorneys
