Job Summary
RN, Case Manager responsible for field-based workers' compensation case management in Modesto and surrounding areas. Travel frequently to conduct in-person physician appointments, hospital visits, and home visits; coordinate care with insurers, healthcare providers, employers, and attorneys; drive timely documentation and return-to-work planning; apply CMSA and ISYS guidelines to optimize outcomes and cost containment; independent case management with flexible scheduling and potential bonus compensation.
Required Qualifications
- RN license
- Field-based case management experience in workers' compensation preferred
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites for in-person appointments
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of CMSA ISYS guidelines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
