Job Summary
Oversee coordination of nursing care, home health aide services, and approved therapies while maintaining strict confidentiality of client and office records per HIPAA and Privacy Act guidelines. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among the care team to ensure cohesive patient care, performing other duties as assigned to support the team. This role requires a current RN license with at least one year of home health experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in computer applications. Candidates must pass a criminal background check and sanction screening. The position involves office work, client communication, and travel for home visits. Competitive pay ranges from $38 to $40 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN License: Valid and active Registered Nurse license in good standing
- At least one year of experience in a home health setting, or related area, with strong assessment skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients efficiently
- Proficient in computer and internet-based applications, as well as office equipment
- Competent working knowledge of client-based equipment
- Must pass a criminal background check and sanction screening
- Professional demeanor and appearance are necessary
- Must be able to travel for home visits
