Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, and provide specialized treatments requiring advanced nursing skills. Complete four Starts of Care per day, including initial and ongoing evaluations, while counseling patients, families, and caregivers on meeting their specific needs. Maintain full-time weekend availability for Friday through Sunday coverage across the East Valley region, including on-call rotation for day and night shifts. Submit all documentation via Oasis within required timelines to ensure timely compensation.

- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Current, active license in the state of Arizona Board of Nursing
- Fingerprint checks
- Current CPR
- Health clearance
- TB clearance
