Job Summary
RN Case Manager role at Henderson Hospital within the Valley Health System. Focuses on discharge planning and proficient timely utilization management to maximize reimbursement for patient visits, achieved through proactive collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada
- Minimum three years experience in varied clinical settings
- Two years experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management or Case Management preferred
