RN Case Manager - Emergency Dept FT days

Analyze patient cases to assess needs and develop individualized care plans. Prepare and process documentation related to patient care to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Research evidence-based practices and healthcare guidelines to incorporate the latest knowledge into care plans and interventions. Review and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, monitoring patient outcomes and making adjustments as needed to optimize patient well-being. Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, two years of Registered Nurse experience, and one year in a clinical specialty. Full-time days shift with BLS certification required.
