Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of client status including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters. Develop individualized plans of care incorporating data analysis and current scientific findings to achieve realistic outcomes. Provide interventions, administer medications as needed, and report changes to update care plans. Maintain systematic client records and initiate referrals to other health team members. Work 1 on 1 with patients during 8am to 5pm hour visits, with occasional holiday time-and-a-half pay. Requires current RN license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification
- Access to reliable transportation
- Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices
