Job Summary
Perform comprehensive assessments of client status including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters. Develop individualized plans of care analyzing data and current scientific findings to guide interventions aimed at realistic outcomes. Report progress to update care plans and administer medications as needed while maintaining systematic client records. Initiate referrals to other health team members when necessary. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety and infection control practices. Work 8am to 5pm with flexible scheduling for hourly visits, offering 1-on-1 patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification
- Access to reliable transportation
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices
